AFC fans are used in ventilation installations, where the fan is connected to air ducts from the inlet and outlet.
 

Application

AFC fans are used in ventilation installations, where the fan is connected to air ducts from the inlet and outlet. Compact and solid construction of AFC fans and availability of a variety of special designs allows for their broad application in various ventilation systems, including:
•   general ventilation systems of commercial and industrial premises,
• ventilation of storage facilities,
• ventilation of garages, public utility buildings, etc.

Construction

An axial fan designed for use in ventilation ducts.  The housing is made of welded steel sheet covered with powder paint. The rotor is made of glass-fibre reinforced polyamide; the hub is made of aluminium.

The fans are designed for use within the temperature range of -15°C to +40°C. . Air flow direction: from the rotor to the motor. On request, we could supply the equipment tailored to individual customer needs, including: ventilators designed for use at temperature below -15°C or above +40°C, provided with non-standard housing (adjusted length or diameter, made of stainless or galvanised steel).

On request, the fans can be supplied in any colour from the RAL palette (RAL 9005 – black is the standard colour).  Non-standard and special orders require prior contact with Venture Industries Sp. z o.o.

Electric motor

Asynchronous, three-phase 220-240/380-420V, 50Hz or single-phase 220-240V, 50Hz with a capacitor. The motors are made in accordance with IEC 60072 and IEC 60034 standards, and have been awarded with a CE mark.

Insulation class F, degree of protection IP 55. On request, we can deliver motors driven by another voltage or frequency, adapted for voltage control or for frequency converter, provided with an independent cooling system and/or with sensors (either bimetallic or posistor).
