The electric motor mounted in a special chamber is completely separated from the stream of transported air. Such design allows for transporting air at temperatures of up to 200°C; air of a high degree of humidity or steam may be transported too.

The AFH fans perform well in systems exhausting hot air from various furnaces.

Construction

An axial fan designed for use in ventilation ducts. The housing is made of welded steel and painted. The rotor is made of aluminium, and dynamically balanced as per ISO 1940. Housing made of stainless or galvanised steel sheets is available on request. 

On request, the fans can be supplied in any colour from the RAL palette (RAL 9005 - black is the standard colour).  Air flow direction: from the rotor to the motor. Any non-standard or special orders require prior contact with Venture Industries Sp. z o.o.

Asynchronous, three-phase 230-240V/400V-50Hz, or single-phase 230V, 50Hz, with a capacitor
The motors are manufactured in accordance with IEC 60072 and IEC 60034 standards, and have been awarded with a CE mark.

Insulation class F, degree of protection IP 55. On request, we can deliver motors driven by another voltage or frequency, adapted for voltage control or for a frequency converter, provided with an independent cooling system, with sensors (either bimetallic or posistor) and multiple-speed.
