The AFW fans are used for general ventilation of commercial and industrial premises; warehouses and storage facilities; garages and public utility buildings, etc.
 

Application

The AFW fans are used for:
•  general ventilation of commercial and industrial premises,
•  ventilation of warehouses and storage facilities;
• ventilation of garages and public utility buildings, etc.

Construction

The axial fan is designed for wall mounting. Housing made of drawing steel sheet and coated with black epoxy paint. The rotor is made of glass-fiber reinforced polypropylene; the hub is made of aluminium.

On request, the fans can be manufactured according to the customer’s specifications. The fans are designed to operate within the temperature range -15°C - +40°C (standard air flow direction: motor-rotor).

 On request, we can deliver equpitment designed for use at temperatures lower or higher than the standard range, including the AFW+HT axial fan, designed to transport clean air and work continuously at +90°C (with deviation up to 100°C, 10 min/h). Any non-standard and special orders require a prior contact with Venture Industries Sp. z o.o.

Electric motor

Asynchronous, three-phase 220-240/380-420V, 50 or single-phase 220-240V, 50Hz with a capacitor. The motors are made in accordance with IEC 60072 and IEC 60034 standards, and have been awarded with a CE mark. Insulation class F, degree of protection IP IP55.

On request, we can deliver motors driven by another voltage or frequency, adapted for voltage control or for frequency converter, provided with an independent cooling system and/or with sensors (either bimetallic or posistor).
