GMT is a range of medium-pressure, directly driven centrifugal fans. The GMT fans have found numerous applications in polluted air exhaust systems and in pneumatic transport systems.

The GMT fans have found numerous applications in polluted air exhaust systems and in pneumatic transport systems.
Typical applications:
  • local exhaust systems, dehumidifiers, drying systems,
  • transport of shavings, sawdust, granulates,
  • combustion gases exhaustion systems.

Construction

GMT is a range of medium-pressure, directly driven centrifugal fans. The radial impeller made of aluminium, provided with straight self cleaning blades are dynamically balanced to ISO 1940. The housing is made of welded steel sheet. The GMT from model 60 to 600 have rectangular housing, size 700, 750 and 800 are manufactured in both versions of housings - rectangular and as well spiral, and model 900 to 1500 only in spiral housing. Models 500 to 1500 are equipped with a motor support.

Maximum temperature of the transported medium is 80°C. Standard color of the fan is RAL 5010 - blue. The GMT from model 60 to 400 are supplied in RD90 configuration, GMT from model 500 to 1500 in LG270 configuration. Modifications of construction, other types of configuration, color from RAL palette or other materials of the fan are available on request.

Electric motor

Asynchronous, three-phase 230V/400V 50Hz (motor power up to 3kW), 400/690V 50Hz (over 3kW) or single-phase 230V 50Hz. The motors are made in accordance with IEC 60072 and IEC 60034 standards, and have been awarded with a CE mark. Insulation class F, degree of protection IP55. Motor maximal ambient temperature +40°C. Three-phase motors are adapted for frequency converter.

On request, we can deliver motors driven by another voltage or frequency, adapted for voltage control, provided with an independent cooling system and/or with sensors (either bimetallic or PTC thermistor).
