Construction

High-pressure, radial, directly driven ventilators. Housing is made of welded steel sheet. The rotor with welded, backward-tilted blades is made of steel or aluminum sheet. On request, housing can be made of acid resistant or galvanized steel sheet. As a standard, the ventilators are supplied in the LG 270 configuration.

Other configurations of the ventilators are available on request. On request, we can supply the equipment in any color from the RAL palette (RAL 5010 - blue is the standard color). Maximum temperature of the transported medium is 80°C. Temperature of air surrounding the motor -15°C to 40°C Any non-standard and special orders require a prior contact with Venture Industries Sp. z o.o.

Electric motor

Three-phase induction motors 220-240/380-420V, 50 Hz (for motors over 3kW – 400/690V, 50Hz) are made in the insulation class F and the degree of protection IP 55.

The motors are made in accordance with the requirements of Polish Standard PN-600341:2001, international regulations IEC 34-1 and DIN Standard VDE 0530. Motors driven by another voltage or frequency, with an increased level of protection could be supplied on request.
