The MPA fans have found numerous applications in polluted air exhaust systems and in pneumatic transport systems.

The MPA fans have found numerous applications in polluted air exhaust systems and in pneumatic transport systems. Typical applications:

Construction

Medium-pressure, radial directly-driven fans. As a standard, rotors in the models 03 to 290 are made of aluminum alloys, in the models 350 and 600 are welded and provided with straight steel blades, suitable for transporting polluted media (combustion gases, dusts, shavings, granulates, etc.). The rotor is dynamically balanced as per ISO 1940. Housing is made of aluminum alloy and painted.

Rotors welded of acid-resistant steel sheet, or made of copper alloy as well as cast iron housing are available on request. As a standard, the MPA fans are manufactured in LG 270 configuration . Different configurations are available for the fans MPA 160T, MPA 290T, MPA 350T and MPA 600T.

On request the fans can be supplied in any color from the RAL palette (RAL 7042 - gray is the standard color). Maximum temperature of the transported medium is 80°C. Temperature of air surrounding the motor -15°C to 40°C. Any non-standard and special orders require a prior contact with Venture Industries Sp. z o.o.

Electric motor

Asynchronous, three-phase 220-240/380-420V, 50Hz or single-phase 220-240V, 50Hz with a capacitor. The motors are made in accordance with IEC 60072 and IEC 60034 standards, and have been awarded with a CE mark. Insulation class F, degree of protection IP 55.

On request, we can deliver motors driven by another voltage or frequency, adapted for voltage control or for a frequency converter, provided with an independent cooling system and/or with sensors (either bimetallic or posistor).
