Application

Exhaust systems of pre-filtered industrial dusts (e.g., from cutting, grinding or polishing operations), pneumatic transport systems (e.g., PET processing), air supply in various drying systems (e.g., print shops and plastic processing), air blast systems in combustion/thermal processing systems (e.g. melting furnaces), etc.

Construction

Medium-pressure, radial directly-driven fans. The radial rotor is provided with backward-tilted blades, riveted, made of aluminum sheet, and dynamically balanced according to ISO 1940. A unique construction of the rotors allows for transporting media with small amounts of fine particulate materials Housing is made of aluminum alloy. As a standard, the inlet of the fan is provided with a steel casing. The fans are designed for transporting non-aggressive and non-explosive, dust-free gases.

On request, the rotors can be welded of steel or made of acid-resistant steel sheet. As a standard, the MRA fans are manufactured in LG 270 configuration; any other LG configurations are available. On request, the fans may be supplied in RD configuration. On request, the device could be supplied in any color from the RAL palette (RAL 7042 - grey is the standard color).

Electric motor

Asynchronous, three-phase 230/400 or 400V, 50Hz, or single-phase 230V, 50Hz, with a capacitor. The motors are manufactured in accordance with IEC 60072 and IEC 60034 standards, and have been awarded with a CE mark. Insulation class F, degree of protection IP 55.

On request, we can deliver motors driven by another voltage or frequency, adapted for voltage control or for a frequency converter, provided with an independent cooling system and/or with sensors (either bimetallic or posistor).
