The MSB-HT fans are designed for transporting highly polluted air at maximum temperature up to 250°C. They may be used as exhaust fans in boilers or for mixing gases.
Medium-pressure, radial directly-driven fans. The rotor used in the MSB HT fans is welded of steel sheet DOMEX355, provided with straight, backward-tilted blades; the inlet of the rotor is formed of stainless steel sheet; the rotor is dynamically balanced according to ISO 1940. The housing is made of welded, zinc-plated steel sheet.
A valve for draining condensate is provided in the lowest point of the housing. The housing is provided also with an inspection hole that facilitates cleaning of the rotor. The shaft of the motor is provided with shielded dispersing disks to protect it against high temperature. As a standard, the fans are supplied in the RD 270 configuration. Fans in other configurations are available on request.
Asynchronous, three phase 230/400V or 50Hz. The motors are made in accordance with IEC 60072 and IEC 60034 standards, and have been awarded with a CE mark. Insulation class F, degree of protection IP55.
On request, we can deliver motors driven by another voltage or frequency, adapted for voltage control or for a frequency converter, provided with an independent cooling system and/or with sensors (either bimetallic or posistor).
