Application

MTA centrifugal fans, are designed for transporting slightly polluted air.

They are used in various mechanical ventilation systems, for air forcing in production processes, ventilation systems, in cooling and air conditioning equipment, dryers, local extraction systems, fumes extraction systems.

Construction

Centrifugal fans with direct drive, designed for transporting non-aggressive and non-explosive gases.

The impellers with straight blades, riveted from steel sheet, dynamically balanced as per ISO 1940. The design of the impeller allows the transport of slightly polluted medium, containing fine solid particles. Welded impellers or impellers made of stainless steel are available on request.

Housing from cast aluminum alloy. A guard mounted at the fan inlet. Fans painted with waterborne - RAL7042 colour (grey).

Electric motor

Asynchronous three-phase 230/400 or 400V, 50Hz or 230V single phase, 50Hz motor with capacitor.

The motors are manufactured according to IEC 60072 and IEC 60034 standards, CE marked. Insulation class F, degree of protection IP 55.

Motors for other voltage and frequency, with an increased level of protection, adapted for voltage control or frequency inverter with an independent cooling system, with sensors (bimetallic or PTC), can be provided on request.

On request

The fans come standard as manufactured LG 270 configuration. There is a possibility to change the configuration to any LG configuration; on request, they can be manufactured in RD configuration. Customised design require consultation with Technical Department.
