The RVISP ventilators are designed for transporting media that contain aggressive chemical compounds (acidic or basic fumes), or for exhausting dusty air, smoke, combustion gases, etc. They are suitable for use in exhaust installations, laboratory hoods, and in chemical plants.
A radial, low-pressure, directly driven ventilator. Housing, the rotor, the plate of the motor and the air inlet are made of polypropylene reinforced by UV irradiation. The housing is a compact structure. Rotors provided with forward-tilted blades are dynamically balanced according to ISO 1940. The plate of the motor is fastened to the base using stainless steel screws; additional rubber gasket between the plate and the housing provides a tight and secure fit.
As standard, the rotor is fixed to the base, which is made of steel sheet and painted grey (RAL 7042) with powder paint; a stainless steel support is available upon request. Fans are supplied in LG90 configuration as standard. On request, the ventilators can be supplied in eight different LG and RD configurations (every 45°), with the exception of the size 35 version, which is only available in LG configurations. Ventilators in other configurations are available on request (for size 35 - only LG configuration).
The ventialtors are manufactured according to AMCA 210-85 and ISO 5801. Maximum temperature of the transported media is 40°C. Temperature of air surrounding the motor should be within the range of -15°C to 40°C. Any non-standard and special orders require prior contact with Venture Industries Sp. z o.o.
Asynchronous, three-phase 230/400V-50Hz or single-phase 230V-50Hz with a capacitor. The motors are manufactured in accordance with IEC 60072 and IEC 60034 standards, and have been awarded with a CE mark. Insulation class F, degree of protection IP 55. On request, we can deliver motors driven by another voltage or frequency, with an increased degree of protection, adapted for voltage control or for a frequency converter, provided with an independent cooling system and/or with sensors (either bimetallic or posistor).
Specially designed, chemically resistant ventilators are compatible with the requirements of the ATEX Directive, concerning devices that may be used in potentially explosive atmospheres. Characteristics of the aforementioned ventilators are the same as for corresponding standard fans.
