The IBF fans are used in various mechanical ventilation systems. They combine advantages of axial fans' air flow direction with those of radial fans' stable compression, low noise level and high efficiency.
 

Application

The IBF fans are used in various mechanical ventilation systems. They combine advantages of axial fans' air flow direction with those of radial fans' stable compression, low noise level and high efficiency.

Examples of application include supply and exhaust systems in appartments, offices, shops, bars, coffee houses and restaurants.

Construction

The ducted fans are designed for assemby in any position within rectangular ventilation ducts. Housing is welded of galvanized steel sheet. The housing is provided with 20 mm assembly flanges both at the inlet and outlet. A junction box facilitates connection to a power supply line.

The rotor, provided with backward-tilted blades, is designed to transport maximum volume of air at a high static pressure whilst producing a minimal level of noise.   Rotor is built of different material based on size: plastic (180, 220), galvanised steel sheet (280), or aluminium sheet (315, 355, 400, 450, 500, 560). On request, the fan may be supplied in any color from the RAL palette.

A single-phase 230V, 50Hz or three-phase 400V, 50Hz induction motor with an external rotor.
Insulation class B; degree of protection IP 44.
