Application

Pneumatic conveying systems, printing machines, pneumatic transfer systems, pneumatic hoists, multi-step filtering devices providing a very high level of dust separation, industrial vaccum cleaners, aeration of sedimentation tanks in biological waste treatment plants, plating plants, etc.

Construction

A side-channel, directly-driven fan designed for an oil-free conveying of non-aggressive and non-explosive gases or for generating positive and negative pressure Housing of the fan, the rotor (dynamically balanced as per ISO IS01940) and the casing of the noise suppresor are made of aluminium alloys. The ventilator is adapted for operating both in a horizontal and vertical position.

On request, we can supply belt-driven ventilators adopted for customer’s needs. On request, the device could be supplied in any colour from the RAL palette (RAL 7042 - grey is the standard colour).

Electric motor

Asynchronous, three-phase 230/400V or 400V, 50Hz, or single-phase 230V, 50Hz, with a capacitor. The motors are made in accordance with IEC 60072 and IEC 60034 standards, and have been awarded with a CE mark. Insulation class F, degree of protection IP 55.
Selected models are provided with bimetallic or posistor sensors. 

On request, we can deliver motors driven by another voltage or frequency, adapted for voltage control or for a frequency converter, provided with an independent cooling system and/or with sensors (either bimetallic or posistor).

NOTE

Transport of explosive or aggressive gases or gases polluted with particulate pollutants is not permitted.
